I like English mixtures and also stronger aromatic ones, mainly to contrast with the former ones. That said, and once there are no more MacBaren HH Syrian Latakia I find all ways this brand a very pleased smoking mixture or blend, the MacBaren HH Vintage Latakia with, it seems to me a very equilibrated proportion of blond Virginia, with Cyprian Latakia and Turkish tobaccos or, if you prefer the designation, orientals.
In my case, a recurrent blend to taste at any hour of the day and quite superior to the tasteless Peterson Standard Mixture. In short, one of the tastes that makes sense, at all!
